Scam Description
I called Joyce Heating ( I doubt they exist) on Sept 4th 2023 for Air conditioning repair. They answered and asked for the address and the issue.
I told them the AC is not working. They said they would send someone out between 10am and 2pm. They asked for a credit card for $250. The appointment was made. I then received an email from Premium Home Services that indicated this was a $250 per year subscription. I called them back and told them this is not what I asked for nor wanted. They told be they would make it a “one time only” charge. I asked for a email confirmation of this change. They said they dont do that. After 10 minutes – I called back and cancelled the reservation all together. They said “ok”. I asked about the charge. They said in “3-5 days I will get the credit on the credit card. That did not happen. I called Joyce Heating not Premium Home Service company. This is a scam and I am negotiating with US Bank to prevent the payment.
