Scam Description
My father found a vehicle supposedly personally owned by someone names Donna R. Nealon and I was told she was located at the AFB in Montgomery, Alabama. I was instructed to put my deposit on eBay gift cards to make my purchase deposit. Originally I was told that I would not be responsible for the remaining balance until I received the vehicle, then yesterday I received an email from both eBay and Donna stating I needed to pay the balance before the item would be shipped.
