Scam Description
I ordered a set of two bras in May. After about two months of not receiving them, I contacted the company and they told me to be patient, that it was in transit. A month later I contacted the company via email and they said that the shipment could not be accepted at my post office, and that it was now lost. I requested a refund or a reshipping of the product. They said I would have to pay more money to have the item resent as well as further shipping charges. I said I was not willing to give them any more money and I wanted a full refund. They kept telling me that they were sorry and this was all they could offer me. I was able to resolve the matter through PayPal, which gave me more confidence in that financial platform.
