Scam Description
Found the website on Google search selling outdoor play houses and equipment for kids. Ordered a playhouse and then after I ordered, received an email that ny order was placed (used Klarna to pay) and could use following link for tracking information. The link did not work. I then tried calling and noticed it was a DC phone number although website should company as residing on Long Island , NY. Tried calling several times with no answer and no voicemail set up. I then went to the website and noticied it had been taking down. I contacted Klarna and noticied the company I paid was listed as something different. Klarna told me to contact the company directly for a refund, and gave me a contact different from the one I had for fennliy. This company just sold headphones, so seemed very suspicious. I have not received a response yet but am worried I was scammed . The company I was told to contact is spice wharf at spicewharf.us . Klarna reported they can only cancel my pending payments for 21 days as an investigation has to be opened up regarding my claims
