Scam Description
I was shopping for sandals online, and a pair of sandals popped up that i liked and it showed QVC on it. I ordered and then when I did not get an email confirmation from QVC, it came from a person in China. The sandals were blank noting like the video online. and they stink like a dead animal and they have no identifible marks on them; no name, no designer, no size. I emailed them about them and was told i could not return them and get my money back. they will only give me back 10%. that if i want a full refund i would need to send them to China and it would cost me more than what i paid for them. return address Zhou Qixing No 357 Ganjing Building 1 Dongyang City, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, Zip code 322100, China phone #18507168013.
