Scam Description
I attempted to buy a puppy off of this golden doodle website. The sellers asked me to send them $500 via Zelle to secure the puppy and ensure it’s shipping details. After sending the $500, I received a suspicious email asking for $1200 extra for the “crate” to ship the dog. After I tried to call the seller, the number was out of service and the calls wouldn’t go through. I was unable to contact the seller and I reverse image searched the dog’s photo and found it on other websites with different names. Clearly this was a scam.
