Scam Description
Company allegedly in MI, but charge on my credit card indicates FL Placed an order for a free trial of Clarity face cream endorsed by Jennifer Aniston. Cost was listed as $6.84, all I had to pay for was shipping. It turned out to be fraudulent. It was never endorsed by Jennifer Aniston. Unknowingly, I signed up for recurring shipments which were to be automatically charged to my credit card monthly. Thankfully, I caught the 1st charge. I called & said I did not want any products sent to me & asked why that wasn’t stated on the order. I asked that the order/charge be cancelled & the $99.84 credited to my account. No credit was issued as of 4/22/22. When I called again to find out where the credit was I was told that the charge would not be removed because the free sample now cost $99.84. I was told that I could receive a 50% discount but that was all. That the product I received was considered full size & because I didn’t want to continue receiving the cream I needed to pay the full price. These type of scams are just wrong. I can only hope something is done to stop YEA LLC
