I thought I was buying a 30 day men’s exercise program as advertised and demonstrated on Facebook. After downloading the Yoga-Go app I couldn’t find the program so I contacted their customer service. I was told, “We strive to update the app as
often as possible to make it faster
and more flexible. So sometimes,
the information used in advertising
materials might be slightly
different from the current app’s
functionality. In this particular
case, the feature is temporarily
unavailable, as it’s going through
some major changes. And you can
actually contribute to them! Tell
me more about your expectations
your feedback would be incredibly
helpful for the team that is working
on the feature right now.” I asked for a refund and was told my reason for requesting a refund did not qualify under their refund policy.
