On July 22, 2023 I placed on online order for 5 puzzles from RAVENSBURGER OUTLET STORE, Wshopping@forpay-service.com
As of November 12, 2023 I have not received the puzzles. I sent several emails and was received replies that the puzzles were on the way. I received a tracking number that led to TRACK718. My order did not show up. I was assured that shipping takes 40-50 days. According to the companies shipping policy ” all items will ship within 1-5 business days).
