Scam Description
I initially saw a product on a facebook add. I didn’t really want to purchase through facebook so I put the web address on Safari to buy online instead. The website seemed legit at the time, however after purchase my order included several “mystery items” that were supposedly for free along with the product I had selected. Online, the website gave me one order number, however in my email address it gave me a completely different order number. I tried emailing using the “contact us” email to cancel my order just an hour or so after placing the order. They still charged my card and I have yet to receive any other correspondence (cancellation confirmation, shipment notification, etc.).
