Scam Description
I saw a gardening tool on Facebook under the company name of Jess Garden. It’s a weeding tool that had great reviews so I ordered it through my debit card. Total amount was $56.85. I ordered this on May 22, 2023. My order number is JG5431N. I received a confirmation of my order and said to be sending me the tracking number. I never received a tracking number but when I called the number of the company to ask about my tracking number I was told it had shipped but they didn’t have a tracking number for it!! I asked if they would give me a refund since I haven’t received my order. They refused to refund because the order had been shipped, supposedly. I now believe this is not a reputable company but that they’re scamming people instead……
