Scam Description
I placed an order for a full length mirror for $29.90 charged to my credit card. I received a gold ring in the mail. When I emailed their support email they responded saying that it’s a “gift” and my order is in progress. After over a month, my order still has not arrived and everytime I request a tracking number they give me a generic response saying they will escalate the issue and it depends on the warehouse team. I asked for a full refund multiple times but they say they can only give me a partial refund and to get a full refund I need to ship back the item. They never respond to my point that I never received the item. It’s now been 3 months and I have not received the item. When I asked for a full refund again they tell me to return the “gift” to an address in China to a “Mr. Zhang” to get a full refund. Total scam.
