Scam Description
This company came across my feed through Instagram. Ordered 3 dress June 5th. June 25 the package was ‘Delivered”. It wasn’t. Sent an email regarding the issue and they said they would look into it. Never followed up with me. Had to send another e-mail to see what happened. They said the carrier lost the package and would be sending me another one within 3 days. 3 days came and went and I didn’t get a new tracking number, nothing. Have sent multiple e-mails since then and I’ve received no response. Going back and reading the reviews for this company, which was something I should’ve done to begin with, and everybody who has left a review reports the same thing. They placed an order, claimed it was delivered and their emails regarding the matter go unanswered. This company is a scam.
