Scam Description
The page for this business appeared on my Facebook. I clicked on the link provided (verabradleyus.vip). Made my order on June 30th. They did send me an email confirming my order on 7/1 and my payment was taken out on 7/3/23 by I’m assuming their 3rd party payor named Martzik. On July 10th I emailed the address provided for any questions to help@jodymalls.com requesting an ETA on my order, no response back. Emailed them again on 7/17, no response. And finally once again on 7/20 and still no response but this time I asked for the products to be sent or give me my money back and that the next step would be to report them. That didn’t even prompt them to respond. I did not receive an address error message or that it couldn’t be delivered so I know my emails are being delivered. I have no idea where they are located. At first I thought I was purchasing directly from Vera Bradley which is a reputable company. Didn’t realize anything until I received my confirmation email that it was from verabradleyus.vip. I have clicked on the links that say VIEW YOUR ORDER or VISIT OUR STORE only to get a message that the webpage is not available. At this point I’m thankful I didn’t make a huge purchase! I even saved the page in my Facebook’s saved pages and you can’t even access from there.
