Scam Description
Ordered 2 pool chairs. Got order confirmation and tracking number. Was never able to track package. Emailed customer service multiple times and got responses assuring me it was on the way. Finally after one month, they responded it must have gotten lost in transit and would refund 30% of my cost, saying they also lost too so couldn’t refund the full amount. A few weeks after my order, I realized I’d been scammed and disputed the charge with my credit card company and was refunded. So I’m not worried about the money but hope this company gets taken down from Facebook and anywhere else they advertise
