Scam Description
This company claimed to be a trademark filing assistance company. I was initially concerned when they kept asking for more money than they had originally said. They said they wanted to file a trademark under 3 classes for $1,500. When I viewed the application it was incorrectly filed and it looked like only one class. Then they told me to pay an additional endorsement fee for all 50 states that totaled $1050. Then they weren’t properly delivering on the items they said they would. I then looked them up online and found out they were a scam. So I claimed fraud on my credit card company. They started harassing me and using fear to try and manipulate me. Telling me that I was going to permanently lose my ability to file for my trademark. I called the USPTO.gov office and they explained that this was indeed a scam. They were super helpful in how to reverse the application and start on my own. I suggest anyone looking to file consider just doing it themselves and saving themselves from this headache. Trademark Gen is a total scam.
