Scam Description
I placed a pre-order for Funko Pops initially for $63.98 back in May of 2022. After a few months, I got an email my original order wasn’t going to be able to be filled anytime soon. So I had them reallocate the funds to a new order, and paid the difference of $21. Since it was a pre-order, there was no definitive shipping timeline. However, their policy stated if it’s not shipped, you can get your money back. April 5th of this year, 2023, they announced they’re closing their doors. Never responded to emails even though they said they would within 30 days. At this point I’m struggling to get my money back. I opened a claim with the BBB and they were unable to get ahold of the company via USPS mail. This CEO needs to be held accountable and refund all of the money they owe their customers!
