Scam Description
Received an email advertising beautiful coats and sweaters at clearance prices. My order total came out to $39 dollars, but never received the order. I contacted customer service who claimed they were resending the order and never got that order either. When I reported to customer service that I had not received the second shipment, they said they could only refund 70% of my money. The tracking numbers provided took me to an obscure website named “717 transport” for the first shipment, then “818 transport” for the supposed second shipment. The tracking site provided no specific details only general terms such as “arrived to warehouse”
