I completed my payment through Zelle, she accepted it. She then sent over the location and time to pick up my items. On the flyer, it stated the location and time would be sent once payment was completed. However, I could not pick up my treats at the time permitted, and I asked for a refund. She proceeded to tell me that she does not give out refunds and she blocked my Instagram account where I was communicating with her. I no longer have access to my money or my treats, and I have paid for something that I will not see.
