Scam Description
On September 23, 2023, I ordered, through a Facebook Ad, a $69.00 Ice Maker (counter top). I never received the product. In October, I reached out to my bank, Capital One, and told them about the fraud. Capital One investigated but did not do a search on the “tracking” number. The tracking number provided by the “seller” was to an address in a different state. When I brought this up to Capital One, they ignored my request to re-open my report. I still have not received the product. Searching for the website and/or name turns up nothing. Scam.
