Scam Description
Order *******. Ordered 11/20 wand and magic paper. Did not get wand amount of 69.90. Contacted them via email. Got a response from rep Sarah Avery stating “I will look into it and get back to you.” Never received item. No address or phone number on website. Unable to contact them other than emails. Sent emails asking for status update on order 12/13, 12/14, 12/15, 12/16, 12/18, 12/19, 12/20, 12/22, 12/22, 12/27, 12/28, 12/29. No update provided outside of the above quoted reply. Ended up contacting my bank and getting it charged back due to never getting the wand item. Horrible customer service and saw other reviews speaking of the same on their website. Despite no out of pocket loss by being charged back, but want to warn others!
