Scam Description
Found on Facebook. Looked at website and seemed legit. Placed orders online on 8/27/23 – followed up regularly. Didn’t receive first shipping so the company said they would resend. Waited for second package, the company said it was delivered on 12/09/23 – checked my cameras and no package was delivered on that day, the day before or after. Requested a full refund. The company argued about the refund through email but finally said they would give a full refund on 12/13/23.. No refund has been issued to date and I email the company weekly about the refund; with responses of “they are working on it”.
