Scam Description
Ordered jeans. I never received a package. The tracking number that was sent to me showed that the package had been returned to sender. The company said that the package was delivered. When I said it had not been delivered they told me to ask neighbors. I advised that the mailing address was a po box that a neighbor would not have received my package. I sent them a screenshot of the tracking information from delivery company and they still were adamant that the package was delivered correctly. After a week of back and forth emails I gave up. I am supposed to receive a 25% refund. Doubt it will happen.
