Scam Description
The beginning of January a Drake For All The Dogs hoodie was ordered from TikTok from a website called Novix. After the purchase I reached out to the company about updating the size and was sent through a “different” branch of the site and was not helped by the aIl. The agent sent me someone else information since we had the same order number and kept proceeding to tell me that try were different company. After a week with little to no response I reached out to another agent of this company and was sent an international shipping number. The same agent says that the order was shipped and that I return and refund can be processed after merchandise is received. When I click the link my package that was supposed to already be shipped does not exist. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone from the company.
