Scam Description
I ordered flowers on 11/23/23 to be delivered to my friend. I was charged $78.68 for the flowers. I called the company to verify my order and customer service said to me that they will refund me the charges because they would not be able to make the delivery. They email me an (order refunded) on 11/23/23 the same day I did the order. It’s December 1, 2023 and I still have not received my refund. I just want my money back! This company Sarata flowers are scammers! The tactic they use is by sending you an email of your (order refund) they don’t owe you they blame it on the financial institutions. They say that the refund has been satisfied but NOT TRUE!
