Scam Description
I had cancelled my “free trial” account on 8/26. The “subscriptions” page under my account information on their site said that I would be downgraded to free on 8/28. This morning (8/29) I woke up with an attempted charge of $888. Luckily my bank fraud pinged it and stopped it from going through. There is a live rep I’m in contact with on their site telling me it was my fault for not cancelling until this morning at 3 am….while I was sleeping. I have emails and screen shots of the cancellation request being on 8/26 but he conveniently can’t find any records of this.
