Scam Description
My son purchased a subscription to Filmora to be able to edit a video. The alledged tools provided did not do anything and he could not edit the video. He cancelled the subscription the same say. The subscription was advertised to have a 7 day free trial. However, I did not get my money back. When I contacted the company they said tough luck, cancelling only stops from renewing it next year, once you are signed up that’s it, we cannot refund you anything.
