Scam Description
I ordered two patio chairs and paid with a credit card. They didn’t show up after a month so I started investigating. Post office said it was an invalid tracking number so I contacted for a refund. They said they would refund minus the $15 for shipping which I decided was okay and chalked it up to a terrible mistake on my behalf but after numerous email to them …. most of which were not answered….. there is no refund and no product. Not sure what to do next but I would really like this to not happen to anyone else. Is there any way to keep these thieves from doing business in Canada.
