Scam Description
I had an ad come up on Instagram for a discounted product. I purchased the item through the link and received an email from Customer Care-VIP. No receipt or itemized information about my purchase was provided. I followed up two weeks after the delivery date to share I never received the item. The post office, my apartment leasing office, and no neighbors had received the package. The representative directed me to the post office for reimbursement which is absurd. The tracking information does not link to a reputable delivery service, only a package tracking website; track718.com. It has been a very suspicious and unfulfilling process.
