Scam Description
I received a $30 bathing suit from here for my birthday in May, the sizing was way off so I attempted to initiate an exchange via email as was the process listed on the website and did not hear back for several weeks despite multiple emails and Facebook posts. I eventually heard back and decided to return rather than exchange because of the hassle and challenges getting anyone to respond. They attempted through multiple emails back and forth to get me to settle on keeping the item for a small percentage back, however I wanted to send it back for a full refund. Finally they eventually gave me their address and informed to shipping was to be paid by me, so I sent the package back at my own expense. Upon receipt of the item they then notified me I would be charged another $10.99 for shipping despite having already paid shipping myself. This brings us to present day where I am still fighting for a measly $30 back (the original item price, not including original shipping).
