Scam Description
Placed order for Bully Stick product through Groupon. After purchase through Groupon i was directed to Vetsapproved.com to place actual order. I utilized the coupon code Groupon provided on the Vetsapproved website and placed my order X 2 for 10 X 2 (20) Bully sticks on two separate orders. I also took advantage of a “pop-up” on the Vetsapproved site allowing me to purchase 10 more Bully sticks for $9.90 plus shipping. So far i have received nothing. Groupon said i should contact Vetsapproved and Vetsapproved has an auto-reply to my email saying it may take 12 weeks or more to fill the order.
Since then i contacted Groupon and they indicated Vetsapproved “lost” many orders so i should reach out to them again. I did that today – 04/18/2024 and got an auto-reply message from Vetsapproved saying they would contact me in 24 hours.
