Scam Description
I saw an ad on Facebook for some lovely clothing items, one of them being a Western tribal/ethnic sweater, which I ordered for $45.98. The company, listed as Westlands, is, I NOW KNOW, a scam company. Although they purport to be Westlands, they are really Lilyards, out of China. I ordered the sweater on Feb. 10/24, paying through Paypal. It is now Apr. 10, and to date, have not received the item I bought. I have contacted this outfit numerous times through their only method of contact — which is support@westlands.com — asking them to cancel this order and refund my payment, which they have refused to do. They have strung me along promising that “soon” the item will be shipped. It does not take three months to send an item someone has paid for, and I need help getting my money back.
