Scam Description
I booked a hot stone massage with Jowanna Thomas and purchased it on Groupon. Jowanna accepted my appointment and had me fill out paperwork prior to the appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 8 pm and when I arrived at the building everything was closed and locked up. I tried to call Jowanna several times and emailed her and got no response. She is also booking appointments through the square booking site and has appointments on there currently for 7:30 P.M, and Sunday appointments that you can schedule even though she closes at I believe 8 and they are not open on Sundays. There are several similar reviews to mine where she takes the money, accepts the appointment and provides no service, does not reach out to cancel and does not refund.
