Scam Description
Beware of this company. It’s been well over a month and they not only lied about refunding my card, but illegally held on to my old credit card’s information and sent a copy of a fake chargeback with the old card’s information on it. I have the emails where they stupidly tell on themselves. Paypal sent them a dispute weeks ago and has replied stating that Agoda refuses to make contact. I sent them several forms of proof of the transaction and after I threatened to expose them, they responded with “this will be our last reply to your question…” The real question is, how many customers have they ripped off?
