Scam Description
I answered an ad on Facebook for a mini Goldendoodle puppy. The scammer promised flight the puppy to the nearest airport once the money was exchanged. On the website they have pictures of a family and adult dogs and puppies. They set up a venmo account with a fake name and received funds through those means. They promised to keep me informed of when they reach the agency that was shipping the puppy along with an attendant, but after the funds were exchanged I never heard from them again. I have called and emailed and text but to no avail.
