Scam Description
Found on social media. Small deposit for pug puppy, courier service provided, needed money for insurance and vet fee totalling $1700, supposed to be refundable, we paid $900 and argued the balance, scammer took puppy to vet, pet needed palate surgery totalling $1300, cost an additional $400, then when delivering the puppy scammer claimed go be detained by an officer or someone demanding an additional $700 or tge puppy would be confiscated. We paid $500 more then we got a new message for gas money, after that we were done, reports are being filed, scammer ceased contact and we blocked all persons involved.
