Scam Description
I purchased 2 of these drones for my kids. I also bought cases for them and bigger batteries and extended warranty. it was close to $300. i didn’t see anything for two weeks so I contacted them and a man replied he would look into it. I gave him the order #s he then sent me a tracking number and said they were on the way. I looked up the tracking number of which the postal service said there was no package under that number. I then tried to contact the customer service again but this time no reply I emailed him , the company and nothing but they have my $300. I’m a combat veteran on disability and a single parent I can’t afford to loose that amount of money. those were supposed to by boys christmas presents. I can’t afford to go spend another 300 to replace those so now out both money and the boys presents. I can’t stand people that do that kind of stuff to other people.its pathetic and cruel.
