Scam Description
Offers to sell new lawn mowers, specifically zero-turn mowers at discounted prices, when in actuality, they do not have any of the products listed available. They also have a false shipping site called nipponcargoexpress.com, which is in no way affiliated with the legit shipping site, Nippon Express. They list “updated” shipping information that gives victims a false sense of security that the product is being shipped, when in actuality, they are hoping that you wait longer than 30 days to realize they stole your money, in which by then it is too late because the payment has cleared. Thankfully, I paid through Paypal, in which after 8 days and a little research, I was able to report fraud to Paypal and they stopped the process and returned my money to me. I would have been in the loss of 2000 dollars if I didn’t report the scam in time.
