Scam Description
I placed an initial purchase for $59.99 in June of 2021. I received the product without any issues. But I kept seeing a monthly charge from this company. Nominal amount of $12.74/mo and I forgot about contacting them to find out what the charge was for. In the meantime, my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and I’ve had other things to deal with and forgot again. This month I noticed another monthly fee from them for $18.33 so I finally sat down and called. I was told that the initial purchase included a 30 day offer for some kind of subscription fee that would continue unless I cancelled it. I went back over all my email communications including the original order and subsequent shipping information and there is NOTHING about any subscription service let alone how to cancel. So I was charged $224.64 for a subscription that I never wanted or asked for over a period of a year and a half! If there was information about the subscription in my original order screen, it was not apparent. BEWARE!! I consider this a form of FRAUD and money that I will never see again.
