Scam Description
I purchased a product online from this company, also goes by “Landbase Trading Co” on September 24. The product was FINALLY received on Oct 24. The product is terrible; horribly made and extremely cheap. The material isn’t even the same material described.
When I made the purchase, I received an email confirmation that my account would be charged $29.98. Upon further inspection, my account was in fact charged $35.98. I began contacting the company within 12 hours of receiving the clothing item. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to contact the company, resolve the issue, return the product for a refund. They refuse to refund or accept the product return. After 7 contacts back and forth, they now tell me they will refund my account $4, even though they lied about the product description and lied about the charge amount and now refuse to be honest about any of the fraud. They simply tell me that “they checked with the warehouse and the product I ordered was correct, and they will refund $4 because it’s too expensive to return the product…to CHINA.” Do NOT buy from this company.
