Scam Description
i bought an item off of facebook (portable mini washing machine) and after the purchase it said “purchase will be under dotty frames on your bank statement”. my bank immediately texted me asking if this was fraudulent. i emailed the company and they claimed they don’t sell washing machines yet they are a gaming site and i bought a membership…what??? they also told me that if i didn’t purchase the membership then a friend of mine did…again…what??? they were very argumentative and refused to refund me. they sent me a total of 6 emails debating everything that i’m sharing here. my bank fixed it and issued a new card.
