Scam Description
I was interested in adopting an Oriental Siamese kitten, this website had beautiful kittens, I also went to Facebook to check the legitimacy and found the same web page so I thought it was Legit. The “woman” that I was in contact with returned my inquire around 5am and another day at 2:30 am, I never thought anything about the timing. Within 1 hour this person had me ready to purchase 2 pure breed kittens for $1400. Plus $250. For shipping door to door, I would have the kittens within 10 hours. This person showed me 3 pictures of each cat and gave me and told me what paperwork I would get. After my phone detected my fraudulent behavior ( or maybe God) i was locked out from making any transactions. This person had emailed me on a personal email account my contract and all info. I found out later that the location was El Paso, the address was Florida and the zip code was Ohio. The red flags were everywhere. I even called/emailed and texted the website that had the page and who ever knew Maria and said if I don’t trust it don’t do it. But the fact that they did know her and were supporting this person was making me un easy. They never spoke to this Maria, because they continued to make the sale. After I had said there were to many red flags, then they got mean and said i was wasting their time and were saddened by me. Lol. Well my pocketbook sure is NOT sad for listening to my gut.
