Scam Description

I ordered an ice machine from an online company I saw on Facebook. I received a confirmation number and tracking number. When I did not receive my package in a reasonable time I looked to tracking the package. It was delivered in Georgia and I live in Pennsylvania. The company asked me for my original address that the package was to be sent to. I have provided my address 2 or more times. I was told again that my package was delivered and it must have been stolen more than once. When I asked for my money to be returned, I received this response.
