Scam Description
I ordered some parts for a lawn mower. I didn’t know it was going to be shipped from CHINA. The sent me a tracking number and I tracked it until the package arrived. In the package was a mans belt! It was suppose to be Kit for Some Briggs and Stratton Camshaft 84005207 Includes 697110 Crankcase Gasket 795387 Oil Seal Made in The USA . They told me to keep the belt and they would resend the right order. My first order was made June 6, 2022. They sent me a tracking and website, when I told them that it says its out for delivery, then it says its waiting for the package, they sent me another tracking number and web. There it says it was delivered the 20th which it wasn’t. I told them and they said they checked and it says It was lost so they will send me the order again. I told them no I needed the parts June 6th, I didn’t know it was coming from china, just give me a refund. They repeated their message about sending the package again, I again told them to just send a refund so I can get the parts in the area. I asked them if I need to contact BBB or the FBI, to just give me my refund and we will be good. They haven’t responded to that. So now I am reporting it to BBB and the FBI.
