Scam Description
The company is foreign, listed in Ireland but the the person with whom I am emailing has a Chinese email header address.
I ordered a sculpted original ceramic teapot from 4seasonhome.com. On Oct 1 paid 47$. On oct 21 I received a much smaller ugly plastic sculpture(not a teapot), very badly painted. I was appalled by the scam and immediately requested a full refund. I doubt I will get it. They are offering 15% refund. It is ridiculous. I took measurement and photos, sent to customer service. No response. This is a scam company.
