Scam Description
Shemoo Network Technology (a Chinese company) set up a website for hair extensions called Toppersalon and claims to be based in California. Toppersalon’s website is a carbon copy of a reputable American hair extension company called Glam Seamless. Toppersalon has all of Glam Seamless’ products displayed on their website, using the same photos, descriptions, and prices. However, when you order Toppersalon’s products they come from China and are poor quality with uneven clips and inferior hair and color – not even resembling the photos or descriptions on their website. I ordered hair extensions from Toppersalon on 8/21/22 and notified Paypal when I realized I had been ripped off. Paypal had me reach out to Shemoo Technology, who stated that they would refund me in full once I returned the extensions and they had received them. When I took the package to Postnet I was informed that it would cost $190 to return the item to China in a timely manner with a tracking code. This was more than I paid for the product. (Order: 8/21/22 for $139.98). This company is ripping off innocent consumers and needs to be shut down.
