Scam Description
I bought a burberry belt from website along with 3 other items. I kept all but one belt. I returned within time frame in original packaging along with all tags attached. I sent back in a gift box I had from burberry as the box from cettire had been damaged and they only packaged items in a plastic bag in the cettire box. I receive the item back stating I didn’t send in original packaging and used my box and the item is considered used. I have tried for 2 months to get my money back as they are scamming me saying the vox was theirs and they can’t accept return. They are mad because they can’t use my gift box from an actual purchase from burberry.
