Scam Description
FRAUD!! I placed an order for an automatic espresso machine and never received any email confirmation for the order. I called the customer service number multiple times and no one ever answered, all calls would just go to a voicemail stating that the person is unavailable. The website is showing that the company is in Chicago, IL. However, when the charge on my credit card went through, it is showing that the merchant is in France. With so many red flags, I disputed the charge with my credit card and emailed discownt.com to cancel the order. I received a reply from them stating “We confirmed, treated and shipped your order.” and they actually provided a USPS tracking number. I contacted USPS right away and learned that they shipped 4oz box (this espresso machine weighs 22lb according to manufacturer) to a different street address but correct zip code. STAY AWAY. 100% FRAUD
