Scam Description
I placed an order with them on 9/26. I reached out to them on 10/3 for an update. I was told it was currently being cut and would ship soon. I received a shipping notification on 10/10 but after a few days, there were no tracking updates. I reached out to them again and they told me they had to move from CA to TX “because of some supply chain issues” and was assured my order would ship soon. After a couple more days I reached out again and I was told to be patient. At that point I started digging and discovered all the negative reviews on Facebook, not only about shipping times but the quality of the product. At that point I reached out to them again and told them I’d be disputing the charges and reporting them to the BBB. No response.
