Scam Description
I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. I also created an account on the company’s website but my order did not appear there. I paid via paypal requesting not to use any of my balance but it took my entire balance, paying the rest with credit card. I’ve submitted 3 complaints via paypal. The 1st 2 were decided in favor of the company, I haven’t heard back yet on the 3rd. None of their options really fit my case. Also the proof of fedex shipping was not my doorstep and the package weight 1.4 lbs was way under what mine would’ve been for Pro Series Pintle Mount – 63072 $79.89 and Curt Manufacturing Pintle Hook – 48205 $38.89. The total should’ve been $118.78 not $157.67. I’ve tried to email the company twice at the email on their website sales@cartiermallus.com but it bounces back. The email provided here was from my paypal case. I’ve also emailed the company but no one has responded. Google maps shows a large residence in Carnation at this address, not a business that would have this type of equipment. To clarify, I have not received any products. I would be happy with just getting all of my money back now.
